Serving, supporting and guiding others towards mental, emotional, and physical health.
About Laura, owner & founder:
I’m Laura Andors, the owner of Mind and Body Health Coaching.
In 2015 I had a strong urge to change my life to a healthier way of living. I did not know the outcome I wanted, but I had a sense that it was the right thing to do. It took dedication, tons of research, and much trial and error, but my results surprised me. With my healthier choices came a major decrease in my chronic headaches and migraines, depression, anxiety, digestive issues, and overall stress.
Excited about my success, I decided to combine two of my passions: helping others and healthy living, and got certified as an integrative nutrition health coach. I decided to specialize in holistic lifestyle change for stress relief because it is a topic dear to my heart as a mom of three young kids. I also believe that stress is dangerously underestimated in the ways it can affect our physical health.
I work with those who need to reduce their stress level, gain life balance, and increase their general mental, emotional, and physical health.
I studied at The Institute for Integrative Nutrition where I learned from 85 of the world’s top health and wellness experts.
I was taught how to take a holistic approach and understand that more than just diet and exercise can affect one’s health. Relationships, spirituality, home life, and career are a few of the many things that play a role in one’s wellbeing. I also gained knowledge on how to get clients lasting results. I learned about bio-individuality; that different people need different diets and lifestyles. I studied over 100 different dietary theories alongside many other health-related practices like exercise and meditation. Some of the people I studied under include Deepak Chopra, M.D., Mark Hyman, M.D., Andrew Weil, M.D., Gabrielle Bernstein, Dr. Oz, Arianna Huffington, David Wolfe, and Harville Hendrix, Ph.D.
