The topics covered during workshops will be centered around the effect stress has on physical health and ways to reduce stress to improve health.
You can schedule a workshop at a corporate office during lunch hour or as an employee activity event. Workshops can also be scheduled at fitness studios, churches, parent groups, and more.
This is an interactive experience and not just a lecture. I will come prepared with handouts and goodies for everyone who attends!
