At Mind and Body Health Coaching, we offer gentle, individualized health coaching focusing on upgrading mindset and lifestyle habits. We work with those who want to reduce their stress level, gain life balance, and improve their mental and physical health. Our mission is to serve and be a light to others, gently guiding them towards healthier mindset and lifestyle habits to improve mental and physical wellness.

I’m Laura Andors, founder and CEO of Mind and Body Health Coaching.
When I first volunteered at the age of 6, I felt how fulfilling it is to be a light and to serve others. Throughout adolescence, I continued to volunteer and serve on mission trips. There was nothing I loved more than helping others. It wasn't until my early 20s that I uncovered with my life coach why I was always so drawn to being a light and serving others. They are my life's purpose.
My health journey began in 2015 when I dove into much research and experimentation. I was able to reduce my chronic headaches, digestive issues, stress, anxiety, depression and insomnia. I decided to combine my two greatest passions— health & wellness and serving others, and earned my certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in 2019. I chose to specialize in stress management because I struggled with chronic, high stress for a decade. I regularly felt overwhelm, worry and burnout. Now I help others leave those feelings in the past as I did, so they too, can enjoy improved mental and emotional health. Stress is not only a threat to mental health, but physical health, too. It's impact on health conditions and disease is dangerously underestimated. I support clients in making lasting mindset and lifestyle changes so they can experience reduced stress levels, increased health, and gain life balance.
At The Institute for Integrative Nutrition I learned from 85 of the world’s top health and wellness experts. I was taught how to take a holistic approach and understand that more than just diet and exercise can affect one’s health. Relationships, spirituality, home life, and career are a few of the many things that play a role in one’s wellbeing. I learned about bio-individuality; that different people need different diets and lifestyles. I studied over 100 different dietary theories alongside many other health-related practices like exercise, journaling, and mindfulness. I also gained knowledge on how to get clients lasting results. Some of the people I studied under include Deepak Chopra, M.D., Mark Hyman, M.D., Andrew Weil, M.D., Gabrielle Bernstein, Dr. Oz, Arianna Huffington, David Wolfe, and Harville Hendrix, Ph.D.
In April 2021 I accepted a job with Sleep Science Academy to further my reach in serving others. There is a strong connection between stress and sleep, so the transition to taking on insomnia clients was seamless. Sleep Science Academy has the world's most comprehensive sleep program and boasts a 97% success rate. Being able to guide others to wellness whether through stress management coaching with Mind and Body Health Coaching or through insomnia coaching with Sleep Science Academy has been very meaningful and fulfilling.
