At Mind and Body Health Coaching, we believe in bio-individuality— that no two people are the same, and what works for someone might not work for another. We believe you know yourself best. We are here to provide structure, education and accountability while you set your own goals and pace. It takes work to reflect, increase intentionality, and to make more mindful decisions, but we will help you do it in a way that replaces overwhelm with peace. We prefer a gentle approach to help you build habits that will become a lifestyle. You will set your own goals and actions steps with our guidance, so you can take on as much or as little as you feel makes sense for your situation. However small your action steps are, we expect consistency and determination.

We present clients with a wide variety of educational holistic health information. We ask intentional questions to help clients reflect on the
direction they want to go, why they want to, and how they’ll get there. We provide
accountability. We teach clients to continually reassess their level of satisfaction with areas of life that impact well-being to maintain balance. We help people shed
overwhelm and perfectionism and instead, fall into a comfortable, practical rhythm.

Why a stress-relief focus?

We care to be mindful of clients' stress levels when taking on big lifestyle and mindset changes. The process of healing should not include added stress.

The mind and body are connected. Both physical and mental health are equally important. Stress is the most underrated epidemic. I am passionate about stress relief because studies show that up to 90% of doctor visits are for stress-related conditions. 
Our medical system tends to treat health problems in an isolated way. If the underlying cause (likely stress) was treated, health conditions like hypertension, diabetes, or digestive issues could have been prevented.
