 When people can’t seem to implement the change they desire, we dive deep to figure out why. Of course, there are external things that can make it harder to devote time to goals. They might start my listing off that work, family, and appointments are getting in the way of success. With more questioning, it clicks. I hear, “I am in my own way.” They recognize they are in control.

Once this self-awareness is reached, real, long-lasting lifestyle change can occur. We can dig into their patterns, why they have them, and how to change their mindset to break the mold.
