Six years ago, I decided I did not want to take antidepressants because they made me feel worse. That's when my husband looked into natural remedies for depression and anxiety and came across essential oils. He bought me all the oils that could help, along with a diffuser.
I loved them instantly, and that was the start of my health journey.
Over the years, I've transformed our house to a totally nontoxic, organic, very low waste home. We also prioritize our relationships with God, mindfulness, regular exercise, and yoga.
We made many lifestyle changes that over time became habits.
It has taken time, education, and determination, but most importantly the desire. I cannot attribute less depression, anxiety, headaches, migraines, and stress solely to essential oils, but they've helped. It was a combination of healthier choices that worked for me. Now I help others find what makes them feel healthier! The most important thing I've learned so far is that not one size fits all.
